About QRGuide

What exactly is QRGuide?
QRGuide lets you create short video instructions and attach them to QR codes. You place the QR code next to an appliance, entrance, or anywhere your guests/clients need help. They scan it with their phone camera - no app needed - and instantly see your video guide with step-by-step instructions.
Who is QRGuide for?
Anyone who gets repeated questions at physical locations: short-term rental hosts (Airbnb, Booking), hotels, offices, co-working spaces, gyms, conference venues, factories, warehouses. If you've ever thought "I wish I could just show them how it works without being there" - this is for you.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Guests just point their phone camera at the QR code. It opens a web page with your video guide directly in the browser. Works on any smartphone (iPhone, Android) without downloading anything.
Do I need technical skills to create guides?
No. The creation wizard takes 3 steps: upload a video, add a title and location, review and publish. Your QR code is generated automatically. Print it, stick it, done.

Features

What kind of instructions can I create?
Upload a short video (up to 5 minutes) showing how to use an appliance, check in/out, operate a heating system, connect to WiFi, etc. You can also add text transcriptions, clickable quick actions (e.g., "Copy WiFi password", "Call reception"), and descriptions. Group multiple guides into collections for complex locations.
What if I manage multiple properties?
Use Locations to organize guides by property, and Collections to group multiple guides on a single page with its own QR code. For example, one "Welcome" collection at your entrance showing check-in, WiFi, house rules, and appliance guides all in one place.
Can I track who's using my QR guides?
Yes. The analytics dashboard shows you total views, unique visitors, daily/weekly/monthly trends, and which guides are most popular. You'll know exactly which instructions your guests actually use - and which ones they don't need.
What languages are supported?
The admin panel is available in English and Polish. The public viewer (what your guests see) automatically displays in their browser language. Guide content itself can be in any language - you record the video and write descriptions in whatever language suits your guests.

Pricing & Trial

Do I need to pay anything to try it?
No. You get 56 free views with no credit card required. Create up to 5 guides and 2 locations, generate QR codes, and see real usage analytics - all without entering payment details. You only consider upgrading when you're already getting value.
What does "56 free views" mean exactly?
A "view" counts when someone scans your QR code and watches your guide. 56 views means your guests can scan and watch your guides 56 times total during the trial. For a typical rental property with 2-3 guides, that's enough for 2-4 weeks of real usage with real guests.
How much does it cost after the trial?
The base cost is €0/month. You pay only €0.25 per view above 10 free monthly views, with a maximum cap of €0.75 per month per QR code. If a guide gets 2 views a month, it's free. If it gets 100 views, you still pay maximum €0.75 for that guide. Unlimited guides, unlimited locations.
What happens to my unused trial views if I upgrade?
They carry over. If you used 40 of your 56 trial views, you get 16 bonus views added to your first paid month (on top of the standard 10 free monthly views). We don't take away what you haven't used.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel with one click from Settings. Since there's no base fee, if your QR codes aren't being scanned, you pay nothing anyway.
